Smart School is an integrated school management system built for Ugandan schools. It is fully customizable enabling Ugandan schools to add their own custom modules to meet their demands. Smart School provides user-friendly dashboards with login access for administrators, teachers, non-teaching staff and parents. The various modules available in Smart School® facilitate all the processes of your school, from admission of new students to generating reports when students complete exams.
Smart School has modules to manage timetables, attendance, examinations, gradebooks, campus news, hostel, library, transportation, school calendar, events and many more. It has a fully-fledged human resource module to manage the payroll and employee pay slips. The finance module helps you to plan and allot different fee structures to students. There is an internal messaging system but you can also integrate it with external communication tools like email and sms.
